Pre-registration through online medium is mandatory for participation in the competition.

Participants will have to bring the relevant uniform or other required material for participation in any competition.

It will be mandatory to be present at the competition conducting center at least one hour before the scheduled time.

In the competitions, participants can participate only in the prescribed cultural uniform.

The result of all the competitions will be announced after the completion of program.

The participants securing first, second and third positions in the competitions will be awarded on the stage after the completion of the session.

It will be mandatory for all the participants to follow the rules of each competition.

The decision of the judges in any competition will be acceptable to all the participants.

Keeping in view the dignity and discipline of the program, the presence of an authorized guiding teacher along with the team of participants of all the colleges will be mandatory.

One participant from one college can participate in the individual competition and one group can participate in the group competition.

It will be mandatory for the principal of the concerned college to send the list of online pre-registered students as per the competition on the letterhead and send it with the guide on the day of the competition.

The college which performs best in all the competitions will also be felicitated by the stage after the completion of the session.

It will be mandatory for all the participants to bring a valid identity card of this academic session issued by the college for participating in the competition.

The entire responsibility of the safety of all personal or institutional material brought for participation in the competition will be of the concerned participants.

Participants who show any indiscipline at the competition venue or event venue will be immediately excluded from the competition and action will be taken against them as per rules.
